NEW WORLD ORDER

New World Order is an announcement, a statement of intent, a warning. Maero is here, the world has changed; it's a New World Order. This becomes very clear when the song is experienced as part of the visual, animated cinematic experience itself, the first episode of the Awakening Saga. 

In it, the protagonist's world is suddenly shaken by the sudden arrival of a mysterious evil force, and so the New World Order is there both the change of this world from the evil's arrival, but also the foreshadowing of the world changing as a result of the hero awaking up to his destiny
